The ChallengED project adopts a Challenge-Based Learning (CBL) approach, where students engage with real-world challenges defined by local societal actors such as municipalities, NGOs, and community organizations. The methodology combines interdisciplinary teamwork, stakeholder interaction, and sustainability-oriented problem solving. Students work on authentic challenges related to environmental and societal issues, developing entrepreneurial, civic, and green skills. In parallel, the project develops a framework to assess the impact of CBL at multiple levels, including students, institutions, and society.
